Use Feedback for general comments or Report cookie failure when a site defeats the extension. Account/Pro diagnostics are also available from Settings.

Use Manage Pro inside Cookie Nope to open Stripe's Customer Portal for subscription management and cancellation. For refund/billing questions, use the Store support contact when published.

Reporting a problem

A useful report saves everyone time.

  • Say what happened and what you expected instead.
  • Include the website or relevant application context.
  • Mention the extension/app version and important settings.
  • Crop screenshots to remove unrelated tabs, account names and private information.
  • Use Cookie Nope's diagnostics only when you choose to share them.

Chrome Web Store support contact

The final public support contact/link will be added when the Cookie Nope v3.0 Store listing is published. Until then, the extension's built-in Feedback and failure-report routes remain the product-specific channels.

Optional support

Donations are still separate from Pro.
