1. Cookie Nope Free
Cookie Nope Free provides the core browser-extension features described on the Cookie Nope product page, including automatic cookie rejection and related standard controls. An account or paid subscription is not required to use the Free tier.
2. Cookie Nope Pro
Cookie Nope Pro is an optional paid feature tier inside the same Cookie Nope extension. Pro currently costs £3.99 per year and renews annually until cancelled. A Cookie Nope account is required so Pro access can be verified and restored.
Pro includes the features described on the current product page, such as Maximum Privacy, advanced regional privacy actions, Cookie Inspector & Cleaner, advanced per-site controls and local Pro activity/history tools. Features may be refined as Cookie Nope develops; material changes will be reflected in the product description and, where appropriate, these terms.
3. Stripe billing
Stripe provides secure Checkout and subscription management for Cookie Nope Pro. Payment-card details are entered on Stripe's systems and are not received or stored by Cookie Nope.
IF Designs is the seller of Cookie Nope Pro. Google and the Chrome Web Store are not the seller of the Pro subscription.
4. Renewal and cancellation
The Pro subscription renews annually unless cancelled. Existing subscribers can use Cookie Nope's Manage Pro control to open Stripe's Customer Portal and manage or cancel the subscription.
When a subscription is cancelled, the current Cookie Nope billing flow keeps Pro available until the existing paid-through date. After that date, the account returns to the Free tier unless another valid Pro entitlement applies.
5. Account deletion is separate from cancellation
Deleting a Cookie Nope account removes the account and associated server-side entitlement data, but it does not itself cancel an active Stripe subscription. Cancel an active subscription through Stripe's Customer Portal before deleting the Cookie Nope account.
6. Refunds
Refund requests are considered in accordance with applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the purchase. Nothing on this website limits rights you may have where a digital service is faulty, misdescribed or where the law otherwise requires a refund.
For a billing or refund query, use the IF Designs support page. Where a refund is approved or legally required, it will normally be processed back through Stripe to the original payment method.
7. Donations are separate
One-off donations to IF Designs are voluntary support. They are not Cookie Nope Pro payments, do not create a subscription and do not unlock Pro functionality.
8. Website and consent-manager variation
Cookie-consent systems and privacy interfaces vary between websites and change over time. Cookie Nope attempts recognised safe actions and does not guarantee that every banner, consent manager or privacy centre will always be detected or handled successfully.
Maximum Privacy and cookie-cleanup features can have stronger effects on website preferences or login state. The extension provides individual controls because users may need to disable or tune advanced behaviour on particular sites.
9. Cookie Inspector & Cleaner
Cookie Inspector is optional and requires Chrome's optional cookie-access permission. Deleting cookies can sign you out, reset preferences or alter website behaviour. Cookie Nope uses conservative classifications, but users remain responsible for confirming deletion choices and using the feature appropriately.
10. Accounts and security
Supabase is used for Cookie Nope account authentication and related account functions. Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and for using an email address they control.
11. Service changes and availability
IF Designs may update Cookie Nope to improve compatibility, security, privacy behaviour or functionality. Third-party services used by Cookie Nope, including Chrome, Supabase, Stripe and Cloudflare, may also change their systems or availability.

How Cookie Nope processes website information, local browser data, account information, billing-related subscription information and reports is explained in the Cookie Nope Privacy Policy.
